The sparkling clear sea beckons the swimmers, the waterskiers, sailors, windsurfers and divers, all catered for along with canoeing, fishing and boat tours. If it's trekking or birdwatching, horse riding or cycling or simply lazing about in a fantastic climate that appeals to you then Guzelcamli offers it all.
You can expect the traditional Turkish greeting of friendliness and openness, so much so that like us you won't want to leave! For the shopping and bartering maniacs of you Kusadasi is a mere 23km away, or 20 minutes on the Dolmus.

Guzelcamli is fast becoming 'the' place to buy in Turkey. A predominantly Turkish resort with a small smattering of foreign ownership. Brits that have found the area all want to keep quiet about it but something this good has to be shared!
You won't get the hassling that you do in other resorts, nor will you find artificially inflated prices. The village offers an array of bars and restaurants, shops and market. The all night market on the beach front makes shopping in the cool hours a delight.
You won't be crammed on a tiny beach here neither, not with 17 miles of wide sandy beaches and a sea so calm, clear and warm you won't want to get out. Zeus cave offers a remarkably cooling swim in mineral waters while the National park is home to some of natures wonders.
Reasons to invest

The Gallery link takes you to albums of Turkey where you will find several for Guzelcamli. There are a number of emlaks (or real estate agents) in the village happy to help you find your dream home and many are listed on Google. Simply search for emlak Guzelcamli. I will add listings at some point.
